1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. 3-Day Inspection & Conformity Guarantee

We offer a 3-day inspection guarantee from the date you receive the product. If the item you received is:

•       Defective or not working.

•       Significantly different from the description in the store.

•       Damaged during shipping.

Please contact us immediately within these three days. We will facilitate a replacement or a full refund with the supplier at no cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1      Contact us at management@robotat.net with your order number and the reason for the return.

2      We will coordinate with the supplier and provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.

3      After the supplier receives and inspects the returned product, we will process your refund.

4. Refunds

•       The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after the supplier's approval.

•       Return shipping costs (for returns not related to a defect or error) may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the supplier's policy.

5. Non-Returnable Items

•       Digital products.

•       Personalized or custom-made products.
